The new Autumn menu contains the best of the season, fresh inspiring food with a focus on regional produce. Think Confit whole baby tomato tart featuring Yarra Valley Dairy goats cheese or Sicilian style pan-fried duck livers with marinated bell peppers to start then Lamb noisettes with sautéed spätzle, lettuce, peas and rosemary jelly, or perhaps Garlic crusted veal cutlet, niçoise style salad to follow and Passion fruit parfait with orange glaze and lime madeleines to finish.

An astute wine list from the Valley and beyond completes your meal.
